1. Agreement
By submitting an audit request through automateproofs.com or otherwise engaging our services, you ("the Client") agree to these Terms of Service with AutomateProofs ("we", "us"). If you're acting on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that company to these terms.
2. The audit
The free AI automation audit consists of: (a) reviewing the workflows and information you provide, (b) producing a written assessment that identifies automation opportunities and a recommended priority order, and (c) one follow-up conversation to walk through the deliverable. The audit is advisory; we do not implement automations under the free engagement.
3. Your responsibilities
For us to deliver value, you agree to provide accurate information about your workflows and to flag any data we shouldn't reference (e.g., regulated client data, trade secrets) before sharing it. Don't send us anything covered by an NDA you haven't extended to us in writing.
4. Confidentiality
We treat the workflow details you share as confidential and will not disclose them to third parties without your written consent. You can request a mutual NDA before sharing sensitive specifics.
5. Intellectual property
The audit deliverable is provided to you for your internal use. The underlying methodology, frameworks, and templates remain ours. You may share the deliverable with employees and contractors who need it; please don't redistribute it publicly.
6. No warranties
The audit is provided "as is". We don't guarantee specific business outcomes or savings. Recommendations are based on the information you share and our professional judgment. You're responsible for evaluating fit and for any decisions you make based on the audit.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or related to the free audit is limited to USD 100. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Termination
Either party can end the engagement at any time, in writing, with no penalty. Confidentiality obligations survive termination.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of İstanbul.
