Who we are
AutomateProofs is a small team of automation specialists. We help operations leads at growing teams figure out what to automate first — and just as importantly, what not to automate yet.
Why this exists
Most automation advice is either overly technical (here's a 200-step n8n workflow) or hand-wavy (just use AI!). Neither helps a non-technical operations lead figure out where to actually start. The audit format is meant to bridge that — concrete enough to act on, accessible enough that you don't need a CTO in the room to read it.
How we work
Every audit is written by hand, based on the specific workflows you describe. We use n8n for orchestration, Supabase for data, and a working knowledge of the LLM landscape (OpenAI, Anthropic, open-weights models) to recommend tools that actually fit your team's size and risk tolerance — not the loudest vendor in the space.
