Who we are

What we collect

When you submit the audit request form on our site, we collect:

• Your full name
• Work email address
• Company name
• A free-text description of the manual workflows or bottlenecks you'd like us to review

We do not require account creation, and we do not collect payment information through this site.

How we use your information

We use submitted form data solely to:

• Respond to your audit request and prepare the deliverable
• Schedule a follow-up conversation if appropriate
• Send you the audit results and any agreed follow-up materials

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.

Where your data is stored

Form submissions are stored in a Supabase database (hosted in the EU region) and routed through an n8n workflow that triggers our audit-intake process. Both providers act as data processors on our behalf.

Retention

We retain audit-request data for as long as needed to complete the engagement and for a reasonable period afterward (typically up to 24 months) for legitimate business records. You can request earlier deletion at any time.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g. under GDPR in the EU/UK, or the CCPA in California), you may have the right to access, correct, port, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email automateproofs@gmail.com.

Cookies and analytics

We use Vercel Analytics to measure aggregate site usage. This is privacy-friendly, cookieless, and does not track individuals across sites. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we make changes. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
